My Prayer Preference
My public prayers are very simple, repetitive, and awkward. I am not eloquent in public prayers at all. I guess this is so, because I feel I can’t speak my mind (thinking they don’t really want to hear me). But when I pray in private, I pour out my heart onto the Lord. This is when I’m genuine, and not accommodating my incompetency. This is when I am most at peace with God, and feel closest to Him.
