The Concept of Nothing
I remember telling someone at work one time that there is no such thing as nothing: that “nothing” simply doesn’t exist. He looked at me real seriously and said: “Ok Jerry, before anything evolved (he said evolved) - before there were any stars, galaxies, or even space - wouldn’t that be nothing? And I said, No; there would be God. And he busted out laughing (not in mockery, but in unexpectancy).
